How to Request Embroidery:
- When placing your order, indicate that you would like to add embroidery to your items.
- Provide specific details about your embroidery request, such as the text, font, size, and placement. ( e- mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Our team will work closely with you to ensure your embroidery design meets your expectations.
- Customization Fee: Please note that embroidery services may include a customization fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of your order.
- Proofing: Before we proceed with embroidery, we will provide you with a proof of the design for your approval. Once you approve the design, we will begin the embroidery process.
Embroidery and Returns:
Please be aware that items with custom embroidery are considered personalized and may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you encounter any issues with your embroidered items, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
